FAQ

Will I peel?

Yep! You’ll notice your skin shedding the top layer within one to two days of treatment, and the peeling can last up to a week

When will I see results?

You’ll notice results around the time that peeling stops, typically around one week.

How long will results last?

Chemical peel results are permanent! However, we can’t stop the aging process so we recommend yearly maintenance peels and a quality at home skin care regimen to maintain your skin’s health and appearance.

Does it hurt?

This is painless treatment that doesn’t require numbing or anesthesia. In rare cases some people experience a mild burning sensation; this isn’t dangerous and typically stops within a few minutes.

Are there any side effects?

It’s possible to have some mild redness, swelling, peeling and itching.

Can I get chemical peels if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

We do not recommend chemical peels if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
