What types of treatments do you offer?

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

If you aren’t sure where to start, book a consultation! During your consult, your ElaMar Aesthetics Provider will assess your skin, review your concerns and design a custom treatment plan to help you achieve your skin goals going forward.

Do I have to start with a consultation?

Consultations are only required prior to Dermal Filler, Thread Lifts, and Laser and Light Treatments. However, we recommend everyone start with a consultation to ensure you receive the best treatment for your skin and are able to achieve your goals going forward.

Can I receive a treatment on the same day as my consultation?

Botox, Dysport and Kybella can be received during your consultation. All other treatments will need to be scheduled for a separate appointment.

Who performs the treatments?

All ElaMar treatments are performed by licensed, trained professionals overseen by board-certified physicians. Each and every Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Laser Specialist and Aesthetician receives rigorous and ongoing training on ElaMar treatments and protocols.

What can I expect during my first visit?

At your first visit, you will complete a patient intake questionnaire, then you’ll meet with an ElaMar Aesthetics Provider who will review your medical history, assess your skin, review your concerns and prepare a custom treatment and skincare product plan to help you achieve your skin goals going forward.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

How old do I have to be to receive treatments?

We offer treatments to anyone aged 13 years and up. For minors, we require that a parent or legal guardian book on their behalf and be present during treatment. Valid photo ID is required for both the parent/legal guardian and the minor.

Can I receive aesthetic treatments while pregnant?

You cannot receive most of our treatments while pregnant. However, you can receive some facial treatments while pregnant. Please contact your clinic and ask about facials available during pregnancy. ElaMar recommends that pregnant clients consult with their OBGYN prior to receiving any aesthetic treatments. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Can I receive aesthetic treatments while nursing?

You cannot receive most of our treatments while nursing. However, you can receive some facial treatments while nursing. Please contact your clinic and ask about facials available while nursing. ElaMar recommends that clients who are nursing consult with their OBGYN prior to receiving any aesthetic treatments. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Are there any treatment-specific contraindications?

What is social downtime?

Downtime refers to the time needed to recover from a procedure. Other than CO2 Laser Resurfacing, our treatments have no downtime but may involve some social downtime. Social downtime does not require making any major changes to your day-to-day activities; however, you may prefer to avoid social settings during this time for cosmetic reasons (such as redness or swelling).

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

What is your late / cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice or a $100 fee will be charged. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee and will need to make a new appointment.

Can I bring my children and/or pets to my appointment?

In order to provide a safe environment and a comfortable experience for everyone, we cannot allow pets in the clinic and recommend that children not be brought to appointments. While we would love to provide supervision for children, we cannot guarantee that our clinic team members have the ability to do so. More importantly, we cannot be held responsible for our client’s children. *We cannot allow a child or pet in the treatment room during laser treatments due to eye safety. This policy applies to service animals as well.

Can I schedule a consultation and treatment on the same day?

Botox can be performed during consultations. Other treatments typically cannot be performed on the same day. If you have additional questions please reach out to your ElaMar clinic.

MEMBERSHIPS

What type of memberships do you offer?

We offer several Club memberships, each designed to best help you achieve your skin goals. Learn more here. (link to memberships) During your first visit, our team of skin experts will create a custom treatment plan and advise on which membership would best suit you.

Can I cancel or freeze my membership?

All memberships require a 6-month commitment. After the initial 6-month term, you may cancel your membership in the ElaMar App or contact your ElaMar clinic to request cancellation. We currently do not have the ability to freeze memberships.

How do I update my credit card information that is linked to my membership?

You may update your credit card information that is linked to your membership directly in the ElaMar App, or you are welcome to contact your ElaMar clinic to request help updating your card information.
