When will I see results?
1 week, with results peaking around 3 months.
How long will results last?
Results are permanent. For the best results a series of 3 is recommended. Yearly maintenance treatments are essential for maintenance.
Does it hurt?
Most patients find RF Microneedling very tolerable. You may feel slight discomfort in sensitive areas such as the hairline and around the upper lip. Topical numbing cream is applied for treatments to keep you comfortable.
What is the difference between RF Microneedling and Microneedling?
Both treatments stimulate collage and improve skin quality. The key differences lie in their mechanism and intensity.
Microneedling uses tiny needles to create micro-punctures that trigger your skin’s healing response and stimulate collagen and elastin production. RF Microneedling combines traditional microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy. The needles deliver energy, or heat, directly into the skin which amplifies collagen and elastin production more intensely than microneedling alone, and has the added benefit of skin tightening.
