Microneedling is a favorite treatment in both our Decatur and Nashville clinics. When combined with BioRePeel it delivers enhanced, clinically meaningful results by targeting both surface-level and deeper skin concerns.
This treatment pairing is particularly effective for patients experiencing enlarged pores, pigmentation, redness, fine lines, and inflammation — common concerns in patients 30 and older.

How the Treatment Works
Following a topical numbing agent, BioRePeel is applied to the skin and gently massaged in. Unlike traditional peels, BioRePeel penetrates beyond the epidermis into the dermal layer and promotes cellular turnover, exfoliation, and internal skin regeneration. A key benefit to BioRe Peel is that it does not cause skin peeling like typical chemical peels.
After adequate absorption, the peel is neutralized. A hyaluronic acid (HA) serum is then applied to the skin to provide hydration and serve as a glide medium for microneedling.
Microneedling creates controlled microchannels within the skin, triggering a wound-healing response that stimulates collagen and elastin production. The applied HA is delivered into these microchannels, enhancing hydration and supporting the repair process.
