First Time with ElàMar

Welcome to ElàMar! We’re so glad you’re here. This page will tell you a little about us, help you find what’s available to you and prepare you for your first visit.

Our Mission is to help you feel beautiful. We strive to do that by providing exceptional aesthetic outcomes AND uplifting experiences. Because beauty isn’t simply looking pretty, it’s also how you feel, it’s something you experience. That’s why we don’t just take care of skin, we take care of people.

We want this to be a place where you feel welcome, relaxed and uplifted every time you stop in.

If you’re an aesthetics veteran who’s new to Elamar, go ahead and schedule an appointment if you know which service you’d like, then you can read through the tips below to help maximize your experience. If you’d like to meet us before scheduling, then book a one-on-one consultation with one of our esthetic providers!

If you’re new to Elamar and new to aesthetics, we recommend getting started with a one-on-one consultation – sometimes it is possible to receive treatment the same day as your consultation.

Here’s what you can expect every time you visit us.

Before Your Visit

With some treatments, such as injectables, bruising can happen. But there are a few things you can do to help avoid potential bruising.

*If you still get a bruise, don’t fret; we have a laser that helps them heal faster. You can come in the next day for a complimentary treatment!

  • Drink lots of water for a few days leading up to your appointment
  • Eat a slice of pineapple each day for a week before your treatment
  • If you are especially prone to bruising, take arnica tablets two days before and after, you can find these at any drugstore
  • Avoid alcohol for 2 days before
  • Avoid aspirin and ibuprofin for 10 to 14 days prior

You can find tips specific to your treatment on our treatment pages, which you can find through our menu by clicking here.

If you have any other questions or just want to talk things through, don’t hesitate to call us!

Checking In

We understand that life happens, but we ask that you try to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment time. When you enter the boutique, one of our client advocates will greet you with a smile and help you check in. We keep the paperwork short and simple.

While You’re Here

Your experience is just as important as your outcome. When you’re here, you’re our guest. So make yourself comfortable. Thirsty? We have water, La Croix, champagne and mimosas. Cold? We have heat pads and blankets. Phone dying? We have chargers.

If there is anything else you need, just let us know. Your wish is our command.

If you’re receiving a treatment that requires numbing, we’ll escort you into our cozy numbing lounge where you can relax, listen to music, sip on refreshments, or take a nap.

After Your Visit

After your appointment, we’ll take time to discuss your post treatment care and answer any questions you have. All first time visitors will leave with a new guest bag that contains a few goodies.

We’ll call you the next day to check in and see how you’re doing. You can always call, text or email us too!

For any treatments requiring post care, we’ll send you home with everything you need: ice packs, skin care goodies and written instructions for everything you need to know.

If you have any other questions that aren’t answered here, don’t hesitate to reach out. We look forward to welcoming you!
